Adventure playground forest
Fun for the whole family
The forest and the mountains are a huge adventure playground for the youngsters. Mighty giant trees, unique finds and mysterious tracks of the forest dwellers makes the program special every day. Children of all ages can play and discover, without any walls or doors. Simply in nature.
But there is more to experience, with mom and dad, the grandparents and new friends: fishing in the crystal-clear rivers, streams and lakes in the area, climbing tours through a stream and discovering nature.
Onour campsite andin the surrounding area you have numerous opportunities to turn your free time into an experience. Whether playing football or sunbathing in the spacious area, on the swing or in the sandpit with the little ones, or swimming, fishing and kayaking on your own stretch of beach, deceleration begins right there.
In the vast forests of the area you can also look for a moose or two while looking for mushrooms and berries. In and on one of the many streams and lakes and while hiking in an incredible landscape you can let your mind wander and then end the evening with a barbecue by the campfire.We would be happy to introduce you to some of the many opportunities for spending your free time.

Ostmark, Torsby
Culture and hiking trail in Östmark, Röjdåsen. Length 11.5 km. Start approx. 10 km north of Östmark on the way to Röjdåfors.
Grains, Torsby
A hike in the borderland between Sweden and Norway. Finnish immigrants settled here in the 17th and 18th centuries. The trail stretches from Morokulien in the south to Söre Osen in the north. It is 240 km long with options for food and accommodation.
Brattfallet
Easy to moderate hike with great views over the Klarälv valley and the surrounding area.
Fämtfallet
Great trail, along a waterfall and through a small gorge. Halfway there is a small suspension bridge and at the end you can jump into the water at the foot of the waterfall via a platform - simply wonderful!
Björkebo hiking trail
Wonderful hike through the deep forests with great views over the mountains and the river and afterwards as an insider tip - a homemade cake in the Café Björkebo
to bathe
You can swim directly in the river and in many of the surrounding lakes. The water is very clean everywhere and is often of drinking water quality. There are also indoor pools in the area.
fishing
eg directly at the campsite from the shore or by boat. A fishing license can be purchased inexpensively at the reception. There are large perches, graylings and pike in the river.
golf
Very nice 9-hole course in a natural environment. The place is pleasantly quiet, you do not need to book appointments in advance and rarely have to wait. The club's motto is to be "a club for everyone".
How to get there: The golf course is located at Oleby approx. 3 km east of Torsby.
